Dr. Bill Deutsch is a Research Fellow in the Department of Fisheries & Allied Aquacultures at Auburn University. He is Director of Alabama Water Watch, a community based water monitoring group in Alabama.  From this approach he launched Global Water Watch. Bill was a presenter on watershed management at the International Water Training 2008. This podcast is a conversation D.E. Adams  had with Bill during the conference in October 2008.
